I have a background in HR, management development and training in a range of commercial organisations including The Work Foundation, Cable & Wireless plc, Eversheds, BDO Stoy Hayward and Beachcroft LLP culminating in board level roles before starting my own business in 1999.

My interest is in how individuals and organisations define and implement their vision and create linkage between individual aspirations and overall business objectives. I am curious about business and what makes mid-sized organisations, and individuals within them, work effectively. Over the last ten years, I have realised that achieving “the big picture” will only happen through motivated and engaged individuals, yet at whatever level of the organisation, individuals uniformly ask questions such as: How do l fit in? What difference do l make? How do l know? What do l need to do next?

I started a journey several years ago to identify ways for individuals to connect more with their organisations, their teams and themselves. For me, measurement is important. My experience is that clients benefit from understanding where they are, are clear on where they want to go before they start on any journey. So our approach is to suggest the measurement of a start point (through individual or team profiling, performance data or staff surveys) before then agreeing well-formed outcomes or specific targets.

I work with a wide range of associates from all business backgrounds with whom I share a common set of beliefs – to meet, in a measurable way, client’s needs.
