Coaching Our style is to work with clients to achieve clear outcomes. Our core expertise is in aligning careers, transitioning into bigger/new roles, improving performance and realising potential. All our coaches have been professionally trained. Most are accredited by the International Coaching Federation, which means that we adhere both to their professional ethics and that we have many validated hours of professional coaching experience. Importantly for clients we are also supervised ourselves and commit to on-going professional development. Assessment We are trained in various profiling instruments to to provide a more rounded picture and enable individuals and organisations make more objective assessments around career choice or suitability for roles and, as appropriate, identify what development is needed and how these needs might be met. |
