About The Wisdom of Teaming and Stephen Cowburn
Welcome to The Wisdom of Teaming. We have brought together our experience of working across sectors, geographies and situations to focus on teams. Societally, so much is changing at an existential level. Organisationally speed is of the essence to deal with changing needs and requirements. We see teams as being a solution by effectively bringing together the wisdom, experiences and perspectives of the individual participants to achieve what is needed. Whatever the situation our start point is that no-one person has all the answers. Together we do.
With 15 years of corporate leadership experience, Stephen has held multiple senior Board level roles in professional service firms managing post-merger integrations and creating key bespoke processes to yield the benefits from merger. Building on these experiences, he has spent 20 years running his own business developing his advisory and coaching experience into start ups, the SME space and the charity sector. He understands the challenges faced by business owners, teams and senior managers in both dealing with change at the same time as delivering results.
