We bring our experience and objectivity to bear to situations that require focus, sensitivity and clear recommendations. Our work is done in a timely fashion with the real tangible benefit of being objective. For us context is everything. Whether looking at the bigger picture or diving into the detail, we ask questions, giving you the space to talk, reflect in a non-judgemental atmosphere.

We take different perspectives and encourage you to do the same to possibly reframe your worldview. We look at desired outcomes, potential rsks and negative consequences and faciliate the conversation so you can create alternative narratives and options.

With our extensive experience, we listen to you to understand what you say, how you say it and the impact of the content on you and your organisation. Slowing you down making sure we have a full picture. This may be enough having given you the space to verbalise, listen, feel and reflect. Something else might evolve from this process, which our experience could articulate to accelerate matters.

Additional resource

For whatever reason – lack of capacity or capability, confidentiality, independence – you need additional resource. We are asked to work on mini projects such as restructuring, salary surveys, investigations, disciplinary or grievance hearings.

Systemic thinking

Strategic thinking or mini-projects occur in a context. Our work bears in mind that there is a bigger system involving shareholders, clients, suppliers, and other staff. Whether their views are needed or the work will impact them is also part of our work to ensure a sustainable outcome. Our work is done within the organisational system and, where relevant, we want to identify any consequences of our work. 

Our Approach

We realise that leading an organisation, however large or small, can be all consuming. We start with a blank sheet of paper and listen to your story. Our role is to provide you the space to talk openly and confidentially without judgement about your situation. Often it is the first time you have had this opportunity to verbalise freely what is on your mind. We then co-create an agenda based on the key issues you have identified and agree next steps.
